I had tried Fabes once when a co worker had ordered it, and did NOT forget. I told Husband about them, and I logged them in the mental file to try again. Last week we had a long day and decided to order in for dinner.  The chicken alone is out of this world, it has the slight charcoal flavor and the crisp on the skin. The meat is tender and juicy and has great flavor to it. I had the rice and beans and the green beans for my sides and they are both really good. Of COURSE I dipped it all in that sauce. I love them both, the yellow one might be my fave, but I also like the heat of the green one. I saw that someone mentioned not getting enough sauces when you order delivery, but I made sure to ask for some extra and was given plenty at no extra charge.  Husband had a chicken and rice bowl without the veggies, and really enjoyed it, saying that he was glad it wasn't boring or bland. I also got an order of plantains because they're bomb, he had the hand cut fries, which he liked a lot too. Great meal, good value, healthy choices.

My first time eating here and I enjoyed it. The servers were kind and had a good atmosphere. I got the arroz chaufa and a side of yucca fries and green beans - portions are HUGE!! I LOVE green beans and theirs was so good. I enjoyed my meal. Would I recommend? Yes!

Fabes is great every single time!!! I come here at least once a month and have yet to be disappointed. The green beans are so flavorful, plantains are sweet, and chicken juicy and tasty! I love that the food is hot and ready! Or you can get the special made to order.

Quick, friendly service, and the food is served hot and fresh. Chicken tastes comparable to a Costco rotisserie chicken. Be aware that there is a 4% service charge added for those paying with a card.

I've had a-lot of rotisserie chicken dinners, and they've all been "MEH". Then I went to Fabe's and the Peruvian style chicken was . No cap at all, everything was delicious! The chicken, the rice and beans, plantains, perfectly seasoned green beans, sauces, everything was delicious! There is so much culture packed into the food, and the staff and owner are all friendly and love what they do! You must put this place on your "PLACES TO VISIT" list. Fabe's... Que comida tan sabrosa y deliciosa! 5 stars. No, 100 stars! RESTAURANT AMBIANCE: Plenty of seating both outside and in, upon entering you'll see the menu up above the food serving area. Make your order, pay for it, and they'll give you a number and bring it to your table if it's busy. I was helped by a lovely young lady, we conversed in Spanish, and went to find a table. Silverware and napkins are next to the drink fountains. The decor on the walls is awesome, a mix of heritage/Latin culture with obvious military support - it's nice to see that. FOOD: I chose the Arroz chaufa (which is Peruvian fried rice) and a side of Maduros (sweet plantains). The arroz came with a small side salad which included fresh lettuce, fresh tomato and cucumber. The rice had scallions, carrots, fried egg, chopped rotisserie chicken, all stir fried together on a hot wok, and served as a very generous portion. Over by the drink fountains you will find two special house sauces there - the yellow and the green one. Both packed a punch of flavor and one had a little extra spicy fire to it. I can imagine how delicious it is with the chicken. The maduros were delicious. I used some of the house green sauce to add some fire to the sweetness. So good! Honestly though, tons of flavor without even having to dip into sauces - same for the arroz! OVERALL: Like I said, 100 stars. This place was bomb! Wish I could pick it up and take it back home with me. Would easily eat here every day if I lived close by and would be racking up them stamps to get a free meal.
